Bargain and sale by Henry Wilughby of Risley (Derbys.), esq., to William Stebbing of Islington (Norf.), yoeman, and Elizabeth his wife, for the sum of £630 of a capital messuage lately belonging to Robert Whorrell, late of King's Lynn (Norf.), deceased, situated in Islington, together wih a chase and 73 acres in arable land, meadow, and pasture in Islington and Tilney (Norf.), and late in the tenure of Toby Kerby, to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of William. Given on 16 August, 7 James I. With note of livery of seisin and enrolment in the Close Roll of 17 November 1609.
